Making our lives harder not easier

We are sorry that you did not realise when making your booking online which airport you had selected when choosing your flights. The response timescales for email reply is on the auto acknowledgement and yours was given within this. However, CHAT and our customer serrvice phone lines were and are open which would have resulted in speedier contact if this was paramount. We are sorry that you feel it has been ourselves making your situation harder under the circumstances.

Poor dishonest selling
The service was rubbish dishonest and deliberately withheld information so I made the wrong decision about a holiday I will never use them again

Mrs Staples, your comment is entirely unfounded. You booked online and accepted our terms and that the airline conditions apply. We did not deliberately withhold any information, have not been dishonest in any way and do not find that our customer service in passing on relevant information about your booking has been less than satisfactory. We are sorry that you find this all to be the case and will not be a future customer.

I stand by my allegations and I don’t think I was treated fairly with honesty and integrity. I appreciate your prices are very competitive but it would appear there is a price to pay for everything
