Hassle free booking
Pros, good service, quick, helpful, easy to get hold of, able to speak to the same person every time. Able to accommodate a non standard holiday. Paperwork emailed within minutes.

Very good on price
It was £1,375 cheaper than the normal company I go with for 12 nights in Thailand. If they keep their price low I will use then next year.
