Holiday to Thailand
Booked holiday with Destination 2 because not only cheaper than any other company. For the same itinerary.
Also found the member of staff superior.

Mrs Kauser, we are very sorry for the experience you have had with the passport. We did attempt to alter the dates and this was via the supplier used for the hotel, not directly to them which we cannot do because of the suppliers involvement and is why they will not have heard from ourselves. We certainly were not annoyed by your calling which we understand was during a time of uncertainty and we appreciated the need to try and help as we do for all of our customers. However, we regret that you did not make further contact about your husbands flight ticket in the days before travel since, if he was still no longer able to go on the dates planned, we could have advised about the flight rebooking to avoid the situation he found himself in.

The whole reason of postponing the holiday by one week was because my husband couldn’t travel on the date planned. After being told the hotel has refused nobody mentioned the flight rebooking it was made very clear either we go on the date or we lose the entire amount. As we where there for 2 weeks Destination2 could of emailed during the second week to check what happened and had my husband joined us so that we don’t lose his return flight ticket.
