Excellent service provided by David who dealt very professionally with the queries that I had and very speedily got back to me after clarifying issues directly with the Resort.

never booking with them again
Having been stuck without accomadation on my first day dues to place being untidy, I felt I couldn't get proper customer service from them. My friend also had issues with them. very dissapointed

We are sorry to hear the hotel was not to your expectation and untidy. It is not correct however that you did not receive proper customer service. You advised us of your disppointment on the day of arrival to the hotel and did not allow us time to address the issues before indicating you wished to leave. As a result you were booked for one night at an alternative hotel so were not without accommodation as you claim. We hope that after that the remainder of your holiday was enjoyable.

Well, I felt we were not given clear instructions or were sympathsied with. Your prices for the hotel shown kept changing and it felt that you were not credible.

I don't understand why as a hospitality company you are not listening to your clients, as shown there are many low reviews and I also have a friend who had a horrible experience with your services. We were quoted 2 different prices when we wanted to change hotels, and we were only able to check into our accommodation at 10pm on the first day of our holiday, having spoken to grand hyatt their prices were not fluctuating and instead maybe me feel your agent was taking a larger cut than needed
