Thank you for your feedback. We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days providing items are in stock. During the checkout stages it is indicated weather an item is in, or out of stock. If out of stock, an estimated delivery date will be indicated. If it is a multiple line order we offer the option to part ship. Otherwise if all items are out of stock, the order will be held until all items become available. If there has been a delay on an item out of stock and we cannot meet the original delivery time given our system will automatically update and customers are informed of this delay via an email. However after looking at your order it has identified an issue which we will address in house, and we sincerely apologise for the failed service this had caused.

Thank you for your feedback. An error on our website and refunding system had meant that our website had not been properly deducting VAT from VAT exempt orders. Our IT and technical departments have been working to fix this issue, and the problem has now been resolved. Your VAT has been refunded, and we are very sorry for the delay to this refund.

Thank you for your feedback. This has recently been brought to our attention, and we are taking the matter very seriously. We are currently undergoing a review of our ‘click and collect’ procedures. Currently customers are notified of an expected date for the arrival of their products, and we are now working to make sure all customers are also notified when their goods arrive in store. With regards to the product, we are surprised to hear you saw it elsewhere for cheaper, as this has been a permanent sale item, and has been priced at 60% off since before your order was placed.
