Thanks for leaving your feedback with us, and I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to use this offer in store. I can see that you did indeed have an excellent discount already applied to this shirt and as two offers cannot be used in conjunction as per our terms, I'm afraid we could not use your voucher. Please note however that these kinds of discounts are not really tailored to our shirts (which have their own excellent discounts as you've seen) but more so towards ranges that are rarely discounts such as accessories, shoes or jackets. Finally in regards to the price you saw online, please do let us know what that was and we would be happy to look into this further for you. Nevertheless, I hope that you're enjoying the item itself and we hope to hear from you again soon.

Thanks for getting in touch and we're sorry for any concern caused by having received only part of your order. The final shirt - a CF Sky Blue Pure Linen Shirt - was out of stock when you ordered, and this is noted on your order confirmation email. The good news is that we have now received new stock of this shirt, so we will be sending it out to you ASAP. Please expect a further confirmation email once that one ships, and we hope you'll love it once it arrives.
