Nonetheless, your comment "Bad products" consequent to your purchase of one single product would appear a little over zealous in its negativity. Whilst we're sorry to hear our bamboo worms are not to your taste, we are happy to report that they are one of our best selling products and, along with the majority of our regular customers, we love 'em!

Hello and in response to your feedback we'd like to say that, as illustrated by our feedback, we always strive to offer exceptional customer service. We do not do 'reasonable' so are a little confused by your comments. Granted we did apply an incorrect best before date for which we apologise. This error will be brought to the attention of those parties concerned.
