Hassle free refund
Due to covid 19 and everyone having their holiday cancelled asked for a refund on my travel insurance sent in a online request 4 weeks later refund received with no problems

Great experience. We couldn’t travel because of COVID-19 but they refunded me minus a small fee. I will use them again next time I travel which will be as soon as the ban is lifted! Thank you so much...

An absolute joke! Terrible, terrible, terrible!
Service? What service? I've been unable to get in contact with Cover-More Travel Insurance. Tried to call, was on hold for 2 hours. Disgusting!
