Claims processing
Not liking the claims process, they were very intrusive as to why my foster child was unable to travel as he was no longer in our care.

Excellent
Had fairly serious accident in Europe and had very good support from Australia plus all the bills..hospital, two ambulance trips, my own bill paid..were all paid out promptly.
