Thank you for sharing your experience. We do have limits to the amounts we can pay out for certain claims as with all insurers. We encourage our customers to read their PDS before and after purchasing their policy to check if they need to add any additional items for a premium.

Thank you for sharing your experience. With excess we charge per event, so if there were separate instances or events for the claims you would have been charged each time.
