They won't pay
Horrible.
Had a legitimate claim, and was refused based on negative assumption at my expense. Emailed many times, no response. Worst insurance experience I've ever had. We used Cover More for years...

Happy with Covermore
Always pleasant and helpful on the phone. The insurance is of good value.
