I have not taken the travel yet that I have the current cover for.
I have been with Cover-More Travel Insurance for my last 4 international travels, it has been easy to do on line. I have never had to claim, so would not know how that side of the Insurance is.

Easy to use, fantastic service, never a hassle.
I have always used Cover-More for every trip I've been on. Their website is easy to use, over the phone they are extremely helpful, and I've never ever had any issues if I've needed to make a claim....

this is the third time I have purchased from covermore, so far it has not been necessary to use it, but I have found dealing with the company easy and quick

Easy to apply, tailor to my needs and claim online
whilst i did not have to claim this trip I have claimed before with no hassles. liked the fact I could do it all online and tailor it to suit my needs.

It’s just easy
We have always used Cover-More for our OS travels. Easy to understand PDS and easy to purchase on line. The one time we have had to claim they were courteous and very helpful. It’s peace of mind.

After 20 yrs with Cover More is now Nevet Again.
We are very unhappy with Cover More Insurance because they will not assist us with our claim . We were delayed in Lombok due to airline pilots were out of hours . This is what we were told by Garuda...
