Hi there Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with the automatic renewal. You agree to our offering of automatic renewal at the point of purchase. We send a renewal invitation in good time before the renewal date to the email address we hold on file, this confirms that we will automatically renew the policy. If we do not hear from you to remove the automatic renewal, it will go ahead as agreed by our terms. I can see that this was cancelled and refunded in full within 4 days of your initial contact.
