Total waste of money and time

Clumsy, buggy and not user friendly claiming system. Too much Paperwork requested just to complete the assessment of the claim. Total waste of money and time

Great option

Fortunately, I didn't have a claim but it was great to know I had an option other than purchasing from the rental company. The site was easy to navigate and I had coverage within minutes.

Excellent buying process, attractive offering and price.

A very attractive offering, especially after most companies selling this type of insurance withdrew from accepting EU based customers after Brexit

New account not yet used - but will be shortly.

I have only had this insurance for a very short time and do not need it until I go back to the UK in March - for my hire car. I have always had this type of insurance for hire cars during my visits...
