Radio silence about a claim

Hi Joel, Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the claim experience. We have a new claim system which I understand you had an upload issue with. This matter has been reported to IT. I can see we received your initial claim submission on the 18th September 2024, however we needed some further documentation.
