Having recently purchased an insurance policy, I began to make a claim and my policy number that I was asked to enter was not recognised by the very company that issued it!

Still awaiting repayment, I have given them the initial information requested but they have asked for an additional breakdown which the rental company is trying to put together. Very disappointed

Worth while purchase

Easy to purchase over the Internet. Pleased to say I didn't need to claim so cannot comment on that. Much cheaper than buying from rental company.
