When you have purchased your policy online you have not declared any pre-existing medical conditions. As we aim to ensure our clients are always fully informed, immediately after purchase, we sent you a
post purchase e-mail, reminding you that if you had any pre-existing medical conditions that you forgot to declare you should declare them as inaccurate information may lead to a claim being declined or reduced, and provided you with a link to declare any missed medical conditions.
In line with most travel insurance providers, if not all, the offer of cover depends on the medical condition(s) declared on a policy combined with the area of cover, age, duration and other risk factors. Depending on each insurer underwriters risk appetite, they may consider covering certain situations with an additional premium, and we are unable to exclude any medical conditions that fall under the medical questionnaire available during the quote process.
Upon doing the medical declaration online, you have decided not to pay for the declared medical conditions, and opted to cancel the policy. We can confirm that the policy was cancelled and a full refund of the premium paid has been issued.
