Kindly note that you just need to declare a diagnosed medical condition that falls within the medical questionnaire, if you had tests and all was cleared and no diagnosis made and no further investigations were required, you didn't need to declare anything. When you have started the medical screening online, as you had not completed the process, you were given the possibility either to proceed with the medical screening and complete it, or cancel the policy and receive a full refund of the premium paid. Regrettably, when you have contacted us informing us you made a mistake with your medical declaration, you had already cancelled your policy and the respective premium refund issued, as such, we were unable to assist you further in regards to the cancelled policy.
