Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are very sorry to learn that your experience fell so far short of what you expected, and we recognise how disappointing it is when a trip you have planned and paid for is affected in so many ways. We regret that the activities in Boston and Plymouth were cancelled on the first day because of the storm, and that no alternative arrangements were offered. We also note your concerns regarding the limited local knowledge and guidance provided by your Travel Director and Coach Driver, the lack of recommendations at stops, the late pick-ups after breaks, and the cleanliness of the coach. Your comments on the visits to the Local Specialists, where you were left largely to explore alone, and on the substitution of the Plimoth Patuxet Museum and Mayflower II with a dairy farm visit, are likewise noted. We are also sorry that several of the hotels were located away from town centres and that the condition, cleanliness, temperature and noise levels at certain properties, including Fox Ridge Resort and the Graduate Providence, were unacceptable, together with the quality of the breakfasts provided. Your feedback will be shared with our Operations Department so that the guiding standards, contingency planning, coach maintenance and hotel selection can be reviewed carefully.
