Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. It is great to read that the Travel Director and Coach Driver provided excellent service and that you enjoyed the Optional Experiences, itinerary and comfortable coach. We are also pleased to read that you learned so much while exploring the West and that the chef at Angel Bright took the time to discuss your dietary requirements with you. We appreciate how important this personal attention can be when travelling with specific dietary needs. We are sorry to read that your stay at the Golden Nugget did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the reception service, the elevator arrangements, the presence of solicitors and the difficulty of finding suitable dining options for one of your party's dietary requirements. We also appreciate your comments about being allocated rooms on different floors. It is encouraging to read that your stay at the Hendricks Hotel in Flagstaff was a much more positive experience, particularly with the welcoming staff and convenient restaurant nearby. We also appreciate your comments regarding Motel 8 and Ruby's, including the issues with the ice machine, thin walls, bathroom accessibility and older facilities. Your detailed feedback regarding the accommodation and service at each property is valuable and will be shared with our Operations team for consideration when reviewing the overall guest experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. It is great to read that you had such a positive experience and that the Travel Director went above and beyond to help organise and enhance your journey. We are also pleased that you enjoyed the itinerary and the opportunity to explore so much of the country. We are sorry to read that you were not made fully aware of the Optional Experiences and their associated costs when booking your trip. We understand how unexpected additional expenses of almost $1,000 Australian could affect your holiday budget and expectations. While Optional Experiences are voluntary and designed to allow guests to tailor their trip, we appreciate your comments regarding the importance of having clear information about the available experiences and associated costs before departure. We will share your feedback with the relevant teams for consideration. Thank you again for sharing your experience and for highlighting the importance of understanding the additional costs when planning a tour.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We are sorry to read that the location of several hotels made it difficult and costly to access the city centres, and that you felt there were too few included sightseeing experiences once you arrived at each destination. We also appreciate your concerns regarding the balance between included activities and Optional Experiences. We understand your frustration that, without participating in the additional excursions, you felt there was limited opportunity to see and experience some destinations. We are also sorry to read that you felt too much emphasis was placed on promoting optional tours, rather than allowing more time for independent exploration. We are particularly sorry to read about your experience at Hotel Sepia Quebec City, especially the disruption caused by nearby construction and the early start to the work. We understand how this would have affected your comfort and enjoyment of the stay. Your comments regarding the mixed quality of the accommodation are also noted and will be shared with our Operations team. We appreciate your feedback regarding the overall cost of the trip, including additional expenses for meals, transport and Optional Experiences. Your comments are valuable as we continue to review the balance between what is included in the tour price and the additional experiences available to guests. Thank you again for sharing your experience with us.

Thank you for your considered feedback. It is encouraging to hear that both the Coach Driver and Travel Director conducted themselves with such professionalism throughout, and that the opera performance stood out as a genuine highlight among the Optional Excursions. We take note of your comments regarding some of the other Optional Excursions not quite meeting your preferences, and this feedback is useful as we continue to review the range and suitability of experiences offered alongside our tours. Thank you once again for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to welcome you on another journey before long.
