Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback with us. We are pleased to read that both your Costsaver journeys in Japan and South Africa were so well organised and that you enjoyed the knowledgeable support of the Travel Directors and the carefully planned itineraries. It is particularly encouraging to read that your Wonders of the Western Cape journey provided such a rich experience of South Africa, from the wildlife and scenery to the local culture and African dinner and entertainment. We are also pleased that the smaller group created such a positive atmosphere and that the Travel Director was able to adapt the plans and arrange a visit to an elephant sanctuary when the group chose not to take the Optional Experience. We are glad that you were happy with the accommodation and enjoyed the Optional Experiences included throughout the journey. Thank you for your continued support of Costsaver and for sharing your feedback with us. We look forward to welcoming you on many more journeys in the future.
