Thank you very much for taking the time to share such an enthusiastic review. We are delighted to learn that you found the Iberian tour fabulous, and that the itinerary suited you so well that you could not fault any part of it. It is also encouraging that you enjoyed every one of the Optional Excursions you chose. We are pleased that your Travel Director and Coach Driver made such a favourable impression, and we shall be sure to pass on your kind words to them both. The comfortable temperatures during your travels were a welcome bonus, and we hope that we may have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are delighted to hear that you found our on-the-road team helpful, polite and friendly throughout your journey. We were sorry to learn that the pace of the trip felt rather fast, and we appreciate your suggestion that a few additional nights would have been beneficial. We have shared your comments with our Product Development Department so that the length of stay at each location may be considered when the itinerary is next reviewed. We hope that you will have the opportunity to travel with us again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies that your tour did not meet your expectations. We were sorry to learn that you found the schedule so demanding, with little opportunity to rest or enjoy your hotels, and that the pace of the itinerary was not what you had anticipated. Your comments regarding the standard of some of the accommodation, including the hotel in London, and the distance of the hotels from the places you wished to visit are particularly concerning. Clear expectations about the physical demands of a tour are important when guests are deciding whether it suits them, and we regret that this was not your experience. We have shared your feedback with our Operations department so that the pacing of the itinerary, the description of its physical requirements and hotel selection may be reviewed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies that your holiday did not meet your expectations. We were sorry to learn that you found the group size larger than you would have liked, that the hotels were of a lower standard than you had hoped and located far from the city centres, and that you felt too many experiences were offered as optional extras rather than included in the price. We are particularly concerned to hear that a change to your tour dates, made after your flights had been booked, led to additional costs, including two extra nights in Lisbon. Clear and timely communication about any alterations is essential, and we regret the inconvenience and expense this caused you. We have shared your comments with our Product Development and Operations Department so that hotel selection, the balance between included and optional experiences, and our handling of date changes may be reviewed. We would also like to confirm that we have received your email. We are currently looking into the points you raised and will respond to you in due course.

We are delighted to hear that your Travel Director and Coach Driver organised the journey so well, and that the busy schedule allowed you to see the advertised highlights from London to Rome. It is particularly pleasing to learn that you were able to experience so much in a short time, and we shall be happy to pass on your kind words to them both. We hope that you will have the opportunity to travel with us again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and positive review. We are delighted to hear that you found the tour brilliant value for money, and that it offered such a well-structured way of seeing so many of Europe's leading cities in a short period. It is particularly pleasing to learn that your Travel Director, Coach Driver and Local Specialists were all so excellent, and that the optional extras and the comfort of the coach contributed to your enjoyment. We shall be happy to pass on your kind words to them. We also appreciate your candid remark that the three-star hotels were adequate for your needs, and we have shared it with our Operations Department for consideration when accommodation is next reviewed. We hope that you will have the opportunity to travel with us again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are delighted to hear that you found your tour of France so extraordinary, and that it gave you such a worthwhile overview of a beautiful and diverse country. It is also pleasing to learn that your Travel Director made such a positive impression, and we shall be happy to pass on your kind words to him. We hope that you will have the opportunity to travel with us again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed account, and please accept our sincere apologies that your Highlights of France tour did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it is when a holiday falls short of what was anticipated, and we regret that the standard and location of your accommodation reduced your enjoyment of the trip. Your comments regarding the isolated position of several hotels, and the additional taxi and ride-hailing costs this entailed, are particularly concerning. We also appreciate your remarks about the limited time available in Nice and Monaco, the number of Optional Excursions compared with those included in the price, and the emphasis placed on promoting them by your Travel Director. These are important observations, and we have shared them in full with our Product Development and Operations Department so that hotel selection, itinerary pacing and the presentation of Optional Excursions may be reviewed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies that your holiday did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it is when a trip does not feel like good value, and we regret that you found the hotels below the standard you had hoped for. Your comments regarding the distance of some hotels from points of interest are particularly concerning. We appreciate that this left you reliant on costly taxis, which was made more difficult by the language barrier, and that you felt it limited what you were able to see without taking part in the Optional Excursions. We have shared your feedback with our Product Development and Operations Department so that hotel locations and the balance between included and optional experiences may be reviewed. We would be grateful if you could contact us with your booking details and the names of the hotels concerned, so that we may look into these matters properly and respond to you in full.
