Thank you for taking the time to share such a thorough and candid account of your tour. We are sorry to learn that your experience fell so far short of your expectations, and we appreciate the care you have taken in setting out your concerns. We are pleased, however, that you found your Coach Driver excellent, that the rooms were of a good standard and generous proportions, and that the Rocky Mountaineer journey was so enjoyable. We regret that the hotels used for your stays were not located in Jasper and Banff as the itinerary described, and that the distances involved, particularly from Jasper, limited your enjoyment of those destinations. We also understand your disappointment that these changes were not communicated clearly, and that your group of three was not accommodated in adjacent rooms. Breakfast arrangements, the amount of commentary on the coach and the organisation of the tour were likewise below the standard we aim to provide, and we are sorry that your Travel Director did not receive the support she required. We take the concerns you have raised about the accuracy of the information provided very seriously. In the meantime, we shall share your observations with our Operations Department so that hotel locations, pre-travel communication and tour director support may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfactory experience in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that you were unsure from the outset whom to contact, and that clearer communication would have made the arrangements easier to follow. We appreciate your comments regarding the cost of the Optional Excursions in comparison with booking independently, and your concerns about the guidance given on gratuities. We also regret that the hotel breakfasts were so basic and did not meet your expectations. We shall share your observations with our Operations Department so that pre-travel communication, the pricing of Optional Excursions, the guidance on gratuities and the quality of breakfasts may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope that we may have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfactory experience in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a thorough and thoughtful account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the itinerary and the tour as a whole absolutely sensational, and that your Travel Director's knowledge, organisation and constant communication kept you well informed at every stage of the journey. We are sorry that guests who chose not to join certain Optional Excursions, such as those in Switzerland and the horse carriage rides, were left with limited options and long periods of waiting. This is a helpful and well-observed point, and we appreciate your suggestion that these experiences might be included in the tour price. We shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that the provision for guests who prefer not to take part may be considered carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.
