It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the journey so wonderful, and that the variety of landscapes, regions and cities lived up to your expectations. It is encouraging to hear that you found the coach comfortable and clean. We appreciate your candid remarks regarding the hotels, and we are sorry that a few were located outside the city centres and were not entirely to your liking. We shall share your comments with our accommodation team so that hotel locations may be reviewed carefully, and we shall also be sure to pass on your kind words to the Operations Department. Thank you again for your feedback, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the itinerary well suited to a brief tour of Italy. We are sorry that some of the hotels were small and did not meet the standard you expected. We also appreciate your observation that the days were full and that clearer guidance on the length of each day and the level of walking required would have been valuable before booking. This is a helpful point, particularly for guests who may find a demanding schedule challenging, and we shall share your comments with our Operations Department. Thank you again for your candour, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

We are also pleased that the itinerary allowed ample free time at each destination, and that you were able to visit so many of the iconic landmarks of Washington, Niagara Falls and New York, as well as to sample some memorable local dishes along the way. Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the itinerary good and that the Great Wall made such a strong impression as the highlight of your journey. Visiting such an iconic landmark is often among the most memorable moments of a tour of China, so it is encouraging to know that this was your experience. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a thorough and thoughtful account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the journey worthwhile in terms of both the experiences offered and the cost, and that your Coach Driver, Travel Director and Travel Agent were all excellent. We appreciate your questions regarding the hotel locations. Itineraries can occasionally be adjusted between the time of deposit and final documentation, owing to availability and operational considerations, and we recognise that this can be inconvenient when other arrangements, such as a car hire, have already been made. We are sorry that this affected your plans. Your comments regarding gratuities are also well taken. We understand that reminders about tipping can be uncomfortable for both guests and Travel Directors, and your suggestion that gratuities be invoiced in advance is a constructive one which we shall share with the Operations Department. We also appreciate your observations about the Sun Peaks stop, where the limited dining options and remoteness of the village made it less convenient for guests, and we shall pass this on to our Operations Department for review. Thank you again for your candour, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your review. We are pleased to learn that you found the holiday both interesting and brilliant, and that the included and Optional Excursions were so enjoyable. It is encouraging that the Grand Ole Opry, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Graceland and the swamp tour each left such a favourable impression. We are also delighted that your Travel Director proved so helpful, and that the coach was comfortable and the Coach Driver reliable throughout the journey. We shall be sure to pass on your kind words to them both, and we hope that we may have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.
