Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the itinerary good, that the long drives were usefully broken up by short visits, and that your Coach Driver, Travel Director and most of the Local Specialists made such a positive impression. We are very sorry to learn of the experience you had at one of the hotels, where the room was not clean, the air conditioning and refrigerator were not working, the food was poor, and the staff appeared indifferent. We also regret that a number of other hotel and restaurant staff did not meet the standard you were entitled to expect. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the properties and venues concerned can be reviewed carefully. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the tour an affordable way to see so much of Western Europe, and that the accommodation was remarkably good. It is also encouraging to know that you valued being able to tailor the Optional Excursions to your own budget, and that you recognised the effort made by the whole team to ensure an enjoyable journey. We note your comment that a couple of the days on the coach were long, and we appreciate your candour on this point. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the length of the journeys can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that you felt the trip did not represent good value, and we recognise how disappointing it is when the cost of Optional Excursions, added to the initial price, leaves a holiday feeling more expensive than anticipated. We also note your comments regarding the Travel Director on the Optional Excursions, and your view that the commentary was too lengthy when you would have preferred more time simply to enjoy the sights. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the pricing of optional excursions and the style and length of the guiding can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

We note your comment that, while the hotels were mostly good, none were outstanding and some could benefit from an upgrade. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the standard of the accommodation can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the itinerary a good one, covering all the key cities with the right amount of time in each. It is also encouraging to know that our on-the-road team was able to assist you with a good arrangement after your booking had to be rearranged on three occasions, and we appreciate your patience throughout. We note your suggestion that arriving in Salamanca earlier would have allowed more time to enjoy all that it has to offer, rather than filling time on the journey there. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the timing of the route can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.
