Hello and thanks for your review, and we really appreciate your honesty. Regarding the tyres, we will give you a call. We want to put this right. We prepare our cars to MOT standard, and at the time, they were deemed safe - for the issues you've had, we can only humbly apologise.
The delivery was the longest distance we have ever travelled, and we weren't too sure when we were going to arrive. Nonetheless, our usual practice is to call when we are an hour away, just to confirm things. On this aspect, we also let you down.
Finally though, we really appreciate you're happy with the car. We will take your comments on board. It shouldn't be a stressful experience, but once again, thank you so much for your review.
