You were emailed the same day as your order to say that we only had 4 out of the 6 dispensers you ordered available to which you replied the same day to say you were happy to wait for all the items to come into stock. When we placed with order with OXO UK they gave us a lead time of 7-10 working days which was passed to you in good faith. Unfortunately, OXO UK revised this date to 2nd May and then further revised the date to 10th May. We can only sincerely apologise for the delay in these items coming into the country. I appreciate your frustration with the delay and can again only apologise.
