Thank you for your feedback - I'm glad to hear our team replied quickly and was able to reemburse you for the problem night. Regarding maps, the OS map offers what we feel is the very best standard for navigation, but I appreciate the scale of the things can indeed be unwieldy at times! They do come complete with scratch-off codes that allow download of the area to your phone for free via the OS Maps app, and it sounds like that worked well for you.
