Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is encouraging to learn that the booking and payment process was straightforward, and that the trip offered such a rewarding way to experience Peru. We recognise that the itinerary is fast-paced, and we are pleased that you felt the range of places visited justified this. It is also rewarding to hear that you learnt so much, saw such impressive sights and formed lasting friendships along the way, as these are among the aspects of travelling with us that we value most. Your suggestion of extending a stay in Cusco after the trip is a helpful one for prospective travellers, and we thank you for your recommendation. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in due course.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is encouraging to learn that you found the accommodation excellent, and that the flamenco and farm-to-table dinner add-ons offered such a meaningful opportunity to engage with local art and culture. We appreciate your candid remarks regarding the balance of the itinerary, and we are sorry that the emphasis on socialising did not align with your expectations, particularly when compared with your previous trip. Your observation that more time in Mallorca or Barcelona would have been preferable to the time spent in Ibiza is a constructive one, as is your point about the amount of unstructured time available. We shall share your comments with the Operations Department so that they may be considered when the balance of activities is reviewed in future planning. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in due course.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a comprehensive and candid account of your experience. It is particularly encouraging to learn that, having been uncertain about travelling with us again following a previous trip, you left this journey with renewed enthusiasm, and we appreciate your generous remarks about your Trip Manager, who supported the group throughout. We are pleased that the small group size allowed friendships to form so quickly, and that the range of experiences, from the sand buggies and the homestay to Machu Picchu, left such a lasting impression. We also value the care with which you have set out your concerns. Your comments regarding the demanding pace, the limited time in Cusco and the difficulty of the overnight coach journey are well taken, and we recognise that a longer stay in the city would allow travellers to appreciate it more fully. We are sorry that the advertised itinerary did not always reflect what took place, including the order of activities, the location of the homestay and the omission of Huayna Picchu. Clear and accurate information is essential for those who plan, and your observations, including your suggestion that the homestay be described in greater detail, will be shared with the Operations Department so that the itinerary wording may be reviewed. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in due course.

Thank you for taking the time to share such an enthusiastic review. It is deeply encouraging to learn that you found the trip life-changing, and that it stood out as the finest of your Contiki experiences, with sites that clearly left a lasting impression. We are also pleased to hear that you formed such close friendships along the way, as these connections are among the most valued aspects of travelling with us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in due course.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is encouraging to learn that you found the trip a rewarding experience overall, and we appreciate your considered remarks regarding the pace of the itinerary. We recognise that a full programme can leave limited time at certain stops, particularly at the more significant sites where travellers may wish to explore at greater leisure. Your observation is a constructive one, and we shall share it with the Operations Department so that it may be taken into account when the balance of the itinerary is reviewed in future planning. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in due course.

Thank you for this excellent rating. We are pleased that it reflects a positive experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that the description of the trip did not align with your expectations, and we recognise that a walk of this kind may fall short of what many travellers would understand by the term hike. Clear and accurate descriptions are essential in allowing guests to choose experiences that suit their preferences and level of activity, and your comments are therefore valuable. We shall share them with the Operations Department so that the wording used may be reviewed for future departures. We appreciate your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in due course.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a heartfelt and detailed account of your experience. It is particularly encouraging to learn that you chose to travel with us as a solo traveller for the first time, and that the apprehension you felt on arrival gave way to genuine friendships and a sense of accomplishment. We appreciate your kind remarks about the group and the age range, which we recognise as an important part of what makes the journey so rewarding. We are also grateful for your generous words regarding your Trip Manager, whose passion for Italy, thoughtful recommendations and caring approach clearly left a lasting impression, and for your appreciation of your Coach Driver, whose kindness and assistance with luggage made the days run more comfortably. We shall be sure to pass your comments on to both of them. It is rewarding to hear that the itinerary, the food and the highlights such as the Colosseum, the gondola ride and the Lake Como cruise made the trip so memorable. We are pleased that your Travel Agent also made the booking process feel straightforward, and we look forward to welcoming you back in 2027.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thorough and thoughtful account of your experience. It is encouraging to learn that the departure ran so smoothly, particularly as this was the first time the itinerary had operated, and we appreciate your kind remarks about your Trip Manager. That he helped to conceive the trip and then led it clearly added a distinctive dimension to the journey, and we shall be sure to pass your comments on to him. We are pleased that Oktoberfest and Amsterdam stood out as highlights, and we also value your candid observations regarding Frankfurt and your suggestion of beginning the trip in London with a first evening in a traditional pub. Feedback of this kind is especially useful for a new itinerary, and we shall share it with the Operations Department for consideration in future planning. As a returning traveller, we are grateful for your continued loyalty, and we are pleased that the booking process and the application of your credit were straightforward. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in due course.
