Outgoing to Guernsey service was exemplary...returning not so much as stafff where unhelpful and inattentive!

You could have made it plain that your WiFi is very limited unless you pay. You advertise free wi fi which is not

OK but could do better
Whilst the on-board service was very good the fact that they omitted to highlight the fact that the Poole to St Malo ferry required a ship change in both directions, I consider to be very poor.
