Hi David. Thank you for your feedback and apologies for the delay in receiving your refund. The system shows the refund was processed 02/02. Velux can take up to 15 working days to uplift returned goods and then a further 15 working days to issue us with any credit note. Unfortunately, until the goods have been credited we can’t issue a refund which explains the delay. We apologise this was not communicated in advance and for the inconvenience caused. Kind regards.
