Many thanks for your e-mail, I do apologise for the problems you have encountered with the goods received. You spoke to our salesman about 2 specific products and prices but didn’t say anything about wanting a semi rigid version, Since you made the order online we assumed you were happy with your choice. With regards to delivery of said goods the salesman did a leave message informing you of when they would arrive prior to delivery as they were out of stock at the time.
