Whenever possible we try to deliver from our own stock, however due to the vast range of products required by our customers on occasion we have to use third party suppliers. We acknowledge that there was poor communication between us on this particular occasion, the best we could do because of the delivery issues was to find a supplier that was relatively close to you that had the Velux Window in stock we can only apologise for the inconvenience caused.
