Sorry for the delay in sending your order. We started to dispatch NEC orders from the 1st March and hope to complete most of them this week. We literally had 100's of orders and also we moved to a new warehouse, so it is taking them slightly longer than normal. We appreciate your patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Excellent products. Well made, very functional, and clever design. Good storage solutions for them too. Four and a half stars - Half a star offBought at NEC show, Pity not to be offered C&MC members...
I haven't received my goods yet so can only give a 1 star until I receive it I can't rate it any more

Hi Graham, I just called you to explain that when you ordered on the 24th of February and we did provide a notification at the top of every page on our website stating that any orders placed after the 18th of February would be dispatched from the 1st of March. We recently moved to a new warehouse, hence the delay. I have advised the warehouse to get your order dispatched today. I am really sorry for any inconvenience caused. David

Ordered a week ago, still hasn’t arrived. Have heard nothing from them so doesn’t even appear to have been dispatched yet

I can see you ordered at 1.14pm on the 18th Feb, but our cut-off time for orders to be dispatched the same day is 12 noon. This is mentioned in our shipping terms on the website. We also provided a notification on the top of every page on our website that any orders placed after the 18th Feb would be dispatched on the 1st of March. I am really sorry for any inconvenience caused, and
