Excellent communication, delivery left exactly where requested, brilliant prices and selection

No sign of delivery after 3 weeks. Initial email enquiry as to whereabouts not answered. Had to phone to reorganise delivery. Not very satisfactory service this time.

Delivery man was very good, had already moved some bags of coal from bunker so he could fill with the open sacks. Just a pity promised phone call re delivery was not made.
