It speaks volumes that I've been asked to give feedback in Sept '16 on my 'recent' purchase of Dec '14. I have not ordered from this site since due to difficulties with getting my password changed.

Item arrived in opened box with no paperwork and appeared used. The rose had yellowing from being installed and it was cracked. They tried to convince me this is the way they are shipped.

Thank you for your feedback. We open items on arrival to us to check for any shipping damage but the item was certainly not used and all our parcels sent include order paperwork for your reference. This was sold on to yourself as we received it from our supplier, the cracked part was in fact the terminal block for attaching the wires to, not the rose, which we offered to replace for you but you declined. We then accepted the product back and gave you a full refund as per your final request.
