Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the products do not come up to your expectations. We have sold a large number of these candles over the years and have not heard this before from any customers. They are made from quality materials and the scents are produced by perfumers in Grasse, France and, we think, are of high quality as well. They are subtle scents, certainly not like some of the overpowering cheaper scented candles that can be bought elsewhere but we will pass on your comments to the manufacturer. In regard to returns, we do supply a ready printed, sticky return label for your use which you can stick to the parcel and then send back by way of courier for your refund, most of whom would pick up from your home address.
