Thank you for your feedback. We sell these candles at less than the RRP to retain a good price for all our customers. They are a beautiful and unique, handmade product and the price reflects this, we sell many thousands to many happy customers. It was unfortunate that your return parcel of 2 candles was not padded out in the same way they were sent, so slide up and down the box when in transit, badly damaging the ends so were not in a saleable condition when they arrived back with us. We sent you some images of how they arrived in our email response to you so you could see this. I am sorry but these are a delicate product and get damaged easily if they move about in transit and we cannot refund items that we cannot sell again. We always refund returns when they can be resold without question but occasionally, especially with products like candles, they can damage easily.

You can of course return them if you would like. These are hand dipped, high quality, fine tapered candles that we sell thousands of every year for weddings and events to many very happy customers.
