my order was for two pair boots and one pair of trousers. when my order…

my order was for two pair boots and one pair of trousers. when my order came ithe boots where not there. i had the trousers plus two more pairs of trousers which i hadt ordered so sent the lot back.

please accept my sincere apologies for this matter. Our warehouse are generally very accurate when dispatching orders. I have looked into your account and cannot see any trace of a returned order yet, however once it comes into our warehouse we will act accordingly.

I am glad you were happy with our service, I am however sorry to hear that the boots you ordered were not suitable, you could always have returned this item to us as we do offer & free & easy to use return facility in case items aren't suitable or don't fit.
