Had 3 panels come damaged,which only found out when we'd built 80% of the bed...wouldn't give any form of refund,as only replace parts,which is pathetic when the bed is already together!! Not happy...

Great customer service prior to the order being placed re availability and stock. Then once ordered they kept me updated and informed of my delivery status. Quality bed very happy!
Customer service was ok, we have had major issues with the bed and have had to contact Children’s Bed Shop. They have offered to replace parts that were faulty but have also kept saying they have...
Still waiting for my bed. Delivery was terrible, drove off after being asked to bring it to the door.
No follow up from the company. No apology. And still no goods.

It's unfortunate there was no communication before this feedback was left. The failed delivery was three weeks ago.
