Read the small print. I had an emergency and missed the delivery. Tried talking with manager who was far too busy to talk to me. I cancelled order and found same bed elsewhere for same money....

I find it very concerning this company has the time and effort to respond to a review online but no one was available at the time to talk to me when they changed me £68. The value of my order was £320. That’s nearly 25% of total. I am not the only person contesting that this is unfair. Like I have said I had an emergency but still wanted the product. Very poor customer service

When I purchased the Bed from Childrens Bed Shop I expected to wait a long time for delivery but it was delivered in a matter of days and all in excellent quality. I’d definitely use them again.
