Thank you for your review, we are so sorry that you have not has a good customer experience with us, as the bed ordered from ourselves was a clearance bed we were unaware of the fixings being missing, as the clearance bed is not covered by the suppliers warranty we had to supply the fixings from the office, trying to piece together the whole kit for you as this is not something we hold in the office. We are pleased that the bed is built and if you require any fixings to help with the structure we can certainly assist you with this. We are sorry that the drawers you received were incorrect and we looked to rectify this for you however you requested a refund, in which we collected and we are waiting for the goods to arrive in at the warehouse and then we can issue the refund.

As far as I was aware a clearance bed was a bed in the sale, not bits collected from around the office. It has just been a very lengthy process and I would not have purchased this item if I’d have known what I would have to face. Drawers were collected 10 days ago and I’m still waiting on a refund. Although the ladies I have dealt with on the phone have been lovely I would avoid the company in future
