Bed decent quality, well made good instructions and easy to assembke. Had a few missing bits and noone replying to my email.

Thank you for your five star review, we are so pleased that the assembly of the bed did not caused to much trouble, we love the Steens For Kids range perfect little bed, the extra length is great as you have mentioned if a grown up is having to read night time stories.
It was easy to view, order and organise delivery with the company. I also found their prices extremely reasonable.

I can confirm the item has arrived and has been processed through our quality control department, they deemed the damage to be transit and not a manufacturers fault. I can confirm that a refund has been actioned, again we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
