Thank you for your review. I can confirm that the delivery & assembly service was requested with our supplier, however an error from their side lead to only the delivery service being carried out. They did offer to return to assemble, however you required assembly sooner so this option was taken. I can confirm that the a refund for the assembly has been paid as this should now be with you. Please accept our apologies once again.

With regards to the request to return, this was requested by yourself on the basis that the bed was 'unopened' and no longer required. We were happy to authorise a return back to us, however this would be at your cost, and on receipt, we would gladly refund the value of your order.
