We are sorry to hear that you had some issues with the assembly of the bed frame, and this item is a flat-pack item and this is deemed suitable for home assembly. The telephone service was brilliant, took my order quickly and efficiently with minimum fuss. Very polite and courteous. A time was given for bed delivery and it arrived as planned.

Thank you for your feedback. Our supplier, Steens, have advised to double check all the fittings to see if they slightly need tightening, and hopefully this will resolve the slight wobble. We like the picture!
