Delivery was very slow, we waited 10 days. We were not told it would take that long when we purchased it, only when sent a delivery text.

Thank you for your feedback on our service. Yes, we can advise that we have an option for "Room of Choice" service available at the time of checkout, but this service was not opted for, so the standard delivery service was carried out, where the delivery team deliver the goods into the hallway.

Thank you for your comments on the Steens for Kids Midsleeper with Pink/Purple Accessories + Mattress.
The bed arrived before delivery date which was fantastic. The bed itself is very sturdy and the easiest piece of flat pack I have ever put together. Great communication A class service.

Offer extra charges for timed delivery and to carry goods upstairs which had nothing to do with the delivery company because I didn't paid for it and the very nice delivery man helped me to carry it...

Thank you for your feedback. As to the extra charges to the timed service, and "Room of Choice" service that we offer, these charges go to the transport company if a customer chooses to pay for these additional levels of delivery service. As to this particular delivery driver, the member of staff must have been feeling generous if asked to carry the goods upstairs :) but this would not have been guaranteed, as they are only allowed to take the goods to a room of choosing, if this service is paid for.
