Thank you for your feedback on the ordering process. We can advise that the £9.95 charge means that the transport company will provide a 4 hour time slot, and give a phone call 30 minutes prior to delivery on the day of delivery. Once the transport company have booked in the delivery date with the customer, then the next stage is to contact you prior to delivery on the day with this £9.95 service. We are sorry to hear that there was damage, and if made aware we could have looked to resolve this issue for you with replacement parts, but we understand that you have assembled the bed frame as the damaged isn't too noticeable.

Thank you for your feedback. We can advise that our transport company can either contact by phone, email or by SMS text message. Therefore, as a company they have to generally state that if a delivery date is refused, then it may take up to 7 days to get another delivery date, but this is only because they book in deliveries in advance with the customers.

We are sorry if this caused any problems, but we do advise that the transport company call in advance so that arrangements can be made for delivery. Unfortunately, for larger items, we are sometimes not able to offer day specific delivery requests, as it does depend on when the transport company are in certain postcodes, at certain times of the week.
