Hi Catherine. I'd just like to clarify it wasn't the driver that was rude, my grandma said he was very friendly and helpful. The rude gentlemen was the person that called to arrange the delivery beforehand.

We got the impression you were referring to the deliver driver/s, so we are pleased to hear that you thought that the driver was very friendly and helpful, as we have to admit, we were surprised as the driver in question, has only ever had positive feedback. We will still look into who perhaps made the booking in with her over the telephone and address this concern accordingly.
