I can confirm that the delivery request raised with the transport company used was ground floor only, and they regretfully aren't insured to deliver to a room of choice unless we request for this service. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused in the meantime and I hope the quality of the bed frame purchased made up for this part of the service.
