Sincere apologies it was a human error on the part of our dispatch team and we have put a procedure in place to hopefully remedy that one. There was a further delay with the second consignment being delivered by the couriers. We have spoken to the couriers on this point and again we have an improved procedure in place to identify any deliveries that may be delayed in their network.

Chase your delivery people. I had a text message saying my pans were delivered.When I queried the message the pans had not left the depot. Otherwise the staff were very helpful
